Much of the information in our publication scheme is available free via our website; although you may need to pay for some information. We will say which information you need to pay for under each class of information. The cost will vary according to the number of copies and pages.
Charges will generally apply as follows:

Free of charge.
A single printout of scheme documents will be provided free of charge apart from those documents specified within the scheme as exceptions. If you want more than one copy of a single document then we will charge you for the extra copies.
For requests for multiple copies of single documents, a charge of 10p per A4 sheet (black and white copy) may be made. When we charge you for extra copies of documents we will also charge you for the additional postage. We will let you know the total cost when we receive your request.
By personal inspection
Information can be viewed free of charge, copies of single documents will also be provided free of charge. We do not make any charge for the inspection of any of the information which is made available via the classes in this publication scheme. For requests for multiple copies of single documents, a charge of 10p per sheet may be made.
The Authority aims to provide as much information as possible free of charge but at times it is necessary to recoup some administrative costs such as postage and printing and the publication scheme has been designed with this in mind. The charging arrangements will be reviewed on an annual basis so we can make sure that charges are both fair on the public and fair on us.
Please note that where there are exceptions to general charges they will be specified within the class of information to which that charge applies.
